WHY

Tibbon Translations is all about good English. Translation and editing and writing. Numerous publications and exhibitions have earned the respect of clients and colleagues alike. We turn your Dutch into concise, colloquial English, easily accessible for all your readers and listeners, whether English is their first or their second language. Because your English texts are for everyone. So your English has to be good English.
Writing in a different language is exhausting, and the results are often disappointing: where did that eloquent phrase go, and the linguistic flourishes and the impact of your Dutch prose? Face it: writing in a foreign language can make you look second best. That’s why you need a good editor. Someone who knows the word that’s on tip of your tongue and can sort your commas from your apostrophes and weed out the jargon and the Dutchisms in your text.
